Arcadia is on San Juan Island in Washington State in Puget Sound north of Seattle. To get to San Juan Island, drive on I-5 north 60 miles from Seattle to Mount Vernon, then take Highway 20 west about 18 miles to Anacortes, and then take the Washington State Ferry to Friday Harbor.
Arcadia is on 8 and 1/2 acres in the middle of the island, and comprises a main house with three bedrooms and a separate cottage with kitchen and bath. The address of Arcadia is 57 Skottowe Lane, just off Beaverton Valley Road, just past the Boyce Road turnoff, four miles or so from Friday Harbor, Washington. After turning right onto Skottoew Lane, take the first driveway to the left. There are three bedrooms in the main house, each with a double bed, and one of them has an additional double futon bed, plus there is a foldout double sofa bed in the living room. So there is a total of five double beds in the main house. In addition, there is a separate large cottage (the ping ping palace) with a foldout double sofa bed. So altogether 6 separate beds, all of them doubles.
