- There is a DSL connection to the Internet, with wireless access. The network is open and unrestricted. Visitors are free to use the desktop computer in the house.
- For the separate cottage, which is painted red and known as the "Ping Pong Palace", there is a key inside the main house, in the kitchen, on the shelf above the sink.
- Please plan to wash your sheets and towels before you go away, to make things pleasant for the next visitor. Plan this in advance so you will have time to make your ferry. If you are unable to do the laundry for some reason, strip the beds and leave laundry in the laundry basket in the utility room.
- Do not leave any clothes in the electric dryer. Any clothes left in the dryer are subject to mildew.
- Remove any garbage or recycling when you leave the house after using it.
- Please use the vacuum cleaner to leave the house in great shape when you leave.
- In the living room area of the cottage there is a foldout couch with a wonderfully comfortable inflatable mattress. The mattress inflates with the aid of a little electric motor.
